{"id":1571,"date":"2024-03-01T11:58:39","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T11:58:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kabliku.eu\/?page_id=1571"},"modified":"2026-04-02T10:58:19","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T10:58:19","slug":"kasutustingimused","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kabliku.eu\/en\/home\/kasutustingimused\/","title":{"rendered":"TERMS AND CONDITIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>General Booking Conditions\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These terms of use apply to the legal relationship arising from the purchase of accommodation services between the customer and the owner of<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kabliku.eu\/en\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.kabliku.eu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (hereinafter referred to as K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses), K\u00e4bliku_elamused O\u00dc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to these terms, bookings are also subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disputes between the customer and K\u00e4bliku Holiday Cottages are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board. For other disputes, the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The duration of accommodation shall be deemed to commence from the start date and end date of the accommodation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Booking Payment Terms<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All prices are in euros.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ettemaks valitud puhkemajas majutumise eest on kohustuslik t\u00e4ies ulatuses, kui pole kokku lepitud teisiti. Lisateenuste arve esitamine ja tasumine toimub p\u00e4rast kohalviibimist.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By agreement, it is possible for a company or government institution to provide payment for services with a guarantee letter.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Booking Procedure and Confirmation<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To book accommodation, please fill out the booking form on K\u00e4bliku Holiday Homes website or send an email to provide your or your company's name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of people, and your specific preferences regarding catering and additional services related to the booking. The booking is confirmed only when the Customer has received a notification to their email address from the accommodation provider.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Customer has received confirmation of their booking from the Accommodation Provider, but it turns out that the Accommodation Provider is unable to provide the booked holiday home for accommodation, the Accommodation Provider shall, without additional charge, offer the Customer accommodation in at least an equivalent, but not smaller (with fewer occupants) holiday home or suggest alternative dates.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Cancellation, Amendment, and Refund of Booking<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation and refund of money.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By cancelling the booking up to and including 60 days before the arrival date, by sending a relevant notice to our email, we will refund the prepaid amount to you, minus transaction mediation fees.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By cancelling the booking up to and including 30 days before the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the received prepayment, minus transaction mediation fees.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of shorter notice, the prepayment will not be refunded. Upon request, it is possible to postpone the booking for up to six months, subject to availability of free dates. If the original booking was made at low season prices, the difference must be paid considering high season prices.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amendment of booking and refund of money. To amend the booking, please send a relevant notice to K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses email address info@kabliku.eu.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Guest Pricing Policy<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional guests are not allowed to stay in the holiday homes beyond the designated occupancy limit. If there is a need to find additional accommodation, it must always be agreed upon in advance with K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional guest accommodation should preferably be pre-ordered at the time of booking, including a cot for a small child.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please verify, during booking, the maximum number of people each holiday home can accommodate and ensure that the distribution of rooms is suitable for your group of guests.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>House rules and additional information<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Arrival and departure<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Puhkemaja on Kliendi kasutuses saabumisp\u00e4eval alates kella 16.00-st kuni lahkumisp\u00e4eval kella 12.00-ni. Palume kliendil teatada eelnevalt oma arvestuslik saabumisaeg. Kui soovite saabuda enne kella 16.00, saatke palun K\u00e4bliku puhkemajadele e-posti aadressile info@kabliku.eu selle kohta teade. Varasem saabumine on v\u00f5imalik kokkuleppel ja lisatasu eest. Hilisema saabumise kohta palume samuti teada anda, et saaksime omavahel kokku leppida puhkemajade n\u00e4itamise ja muu vajaliku.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Smoking<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Smoking is not allowed inside K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please refrain from throwing cigarette butts on the ground. Ashtrays and rubbish bins are provided on the premises for proper disposal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pets<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Well-behaved and socialised pets (dogs) are welcome at K\u00e4bliku holiday houses upon prior arrangement and following the conditions set out below. If you wish to bring a pet with you, please inform K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses when making a booking at the email address info@kabliku.eu, so that the details can be agreed in advance.\n\nPets (dogs) are allowed to sleep only in their own bed or crate, placed on the floor in a sleeping area agreed with the hosts. Dogs are not permitted to sleep on beds, sofas or any other furniture. Playing with dogs indoors is not allowed, and we kindly ask you to prevent dogs from running on the stairs. Outdoors, dogs must be kept on a leash in order not to disturb our domestic animals or other guests. Please do not leave your dog unattended inside the a holiday house. We also have a fenced dog area, which can be used by prior agreement. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Please clean up after your dogs both indoors and outdoors, and clean their paws when entering the house.\n<p data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"736\">We charge a \u20ac30 fee for a pet (dog) per stay, which covers some additional cleaning costs. In the event of any damage or the need for extraordinary cleaning, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee in accordance with the extent of the damage or cleaning required.<\/p>\n<p>If you arrive with a pet without any prior notice or accommodate the animal in an unauthorised place or manner, a fee of \u20ac100 per animal will apply. <span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400;\">Thank you for your understanding.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Parking<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Parking is free for customers of K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses and is only allowed in the dedicated customer parking lot, which is located on the left hand side at the entrance to the farm. It is allowed to park temporarily close to the holiday houses for transporting goods, after which we ask you to park your car in the customer's parking lot. Parking is not allowed in the vicinity of holiday houses or any area not designated for parking. If you need to park closer to the house for any unavoidable reasons, please inform K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses accordingly.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><strong>Guest Policy.<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Guests of clients who have booked K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses are welcome, provided that the host of K\u00e4bliku holiday Houses has been informed of their arrival and the day visitor fee of \u20ac15 has been paid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Quiet hours<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Quiet hours at K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses begin at 11:00 PM. Disruption of quiet hours is understood as disturbing other individuals with sound, light, mechanical, electronic, or similar means, both indoors and outdoors. Sound amplification outdoors is allowed upon previously agreement with the Holiday Houses. If you book the entire complex, late parties and music are allowed indoors.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fireworks on the grounds of K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses<\/span><strong> are only permitted by prior agreement<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and in a designated safe area.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><strong>Sale of alcohol to minors<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses do not sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. The accommodation provider reserves the right to request proof of age and refuse to fulfil orders for underage clients and their guests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><strong>Cleanliness and order<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. We ask that upon departure, guests will leave the holiday house in a tidy condition \u2013 rubbish collected in the designated area, dining tables and countertops cleaned, and dishes placed in the dishwasher. Any damaged property (broken dishes and furniture, stained carpets, curtains, or furniture covers) must be compensated for according to the cost of repair or replacement. Should an accident occur, we kindly ask that you inform a K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses representative before departure.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><strong>It is prohibited to rearrange or move K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses' furniture, including beds,<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> without permission.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Fire safety<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The use of open candles inside and in the immediate vicinity of the holiday houses is not permitted due to fire risk. Fireworks and open flames are not allowed near the houses.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Swimming<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Swimming in the reservoir is permitted at your own risk. Swimming while under the influence of alcohol is not allowed. Children and visitors with insufficient swimming skills may swim, use a SUP board, or boat under the client's supervision or while wearing a life jacket.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Fishing<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Fishing is permitted by agreement with K\u00e4bliku Holiday Houses and during the times and within the limits prescribed by law. Please be mindful of potential inconveniences that may arise from this (such as mosquitoes, etc.).
